6 pm Cocktails; 7 pm Dinner
Genesee Grande Hotel

We'll enjoy an hourlong reception with hors d'oeuvres, beer, wine and soda (full cocktail menu available a la carte), followed by a sumptuous dinner. Enjoy our awards presentation over dessert, and finish our evening with the live auction.

Click here to register, choose your entree and pay for your dinner.

You'll want to have your dinner choice for each attendee ready when you register. The per-person cost of this dinner includes the one-hour cocktail reception with unlimited beer, wine and soft drinks; salad; entree; sides; coffee/tea; and dessert. A cash bar will be availble after 7 pm. Meal choices are:

  • Chicken Francaise ~ lightly egg battered sauteed breast of chicken in a white wine lemon herb sauce
  • Herb Crusted Pork Tenderloin ~ served with a bourbon pecan demi glace
  • Vegetarian Scampi ~ grilled zucchini, asparagus, oven dried tomatoes, baby spinach, linguine, parmesan reggiano cheese

Proceeds from our annual Education Auction, sponsored by the NYS Nurserymen's Foundation, support the development and delivery of high-quality professional development programs for NYSNLA members and the ongoing growth and enhancement of the Certified Nursery & Landscape Professional program. This year we will have a three-part auction: a live auction of our "Region Experiences"; a silent auction of items valued at $100 or more; and a "Bucket Auction" of items valued under $100. So there's something for everybody and every budget!

Donations of auction items are most welcome. Items may include nursery and landscaping services, materials, supplies, tools and equipment, or items that appeal to a broader audience, such as jewelry, restaurant certificates, gift baskets, theater or sporting event tickets, garden statuary, etc. Auction donors will be recognized in the evening’s printed program, in the August and September issues of NYSNLA News, in the autumn issue of Nursery Lines magazine, and on this site.

To donate an auction item, click here to download the donation form, fill it out, save it to your computer, then send it to us as an email attachment.
